Currently in design and sited on historic Lake Shore Drive facing Lake Michigan, Sea Grass House is a for sale modern lakehouse with a series of sea grass green roofs, terraces and courtyard spaces, focused on panoramic views of Lake Michigan.

The name, Sea Grass House, is derived from a series of landscaped courtyards and terraces, offering living spaces and three master suites each with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. A sea grass grove with a viewing terrace and fire pit extends to 100 feet of private beach to scale-up the homes outdoor living spaces and celebrate beach life.
